Long Time No See

I try to hold this tear to drop
So I am just crying inside
Trying to act like I am not affected at all
By all the things happen
But deep inside my heart
I feel the pain
And I need to heal faster
To wake up and walk again
Searching new path
To bring me there
I leave it to Him
The Almighty
To decide the best for me
The right path to be
He always knows the best

p/s: Finally the tear drop when one of my-unexpected-student came and said she will felt my missing.
p/s/s: All the things happen for a reason. Just swallow it and keep moving :-)

Perihal Chicken Pox

Alhamdulillah..Dah umur lebih suku abad ni, Allah uji aku dengan penyakit Chicken Pox. Dah 2 minggu berlalu,tapi kesan penyakit itu masih ada. Apa lagi, parut la..hehehe Walaupun penuh satu muka dan badan, tapi aku redha dan berfikiran positif. Setiap yang berlaku pasti ada hikmahnya kan...

Apa yang dapat aku simpulkan, petua orang tua ada yang tak berapa sesuai dilaksanakan:
1. Minum air kelapa - petua orang tua, suruh minum air kelapa.
Hakikatnya : kalau kena chicken pox, JANGAN minum air kelapa, sebab air kelapa akan neutral kan ubat. So, bila ubat tak berfungsi dengan baik, virus akan menyerang dengan lebih bahagia sebab tak ada protection. Itu yang chicken pox akan keluar dengan banyaknya...(aku dah minum air kelapa, baru tau benda ni,padanlah dengan muka aku..haha)

2. Mandi - orang tua ada yang tak bagi mandi kalau kena chicken pox.
Hakikatnya : JANGAN tak mandi ye kawan2, berlengas badan. Kuman dan bakteria banyak kat kawasan2 chicken pox tu, maka haruslah dibersihkan. Seeloknya guna sabun yang neutral dan anti bakteria, contohnya SebaMed. Lepas mandi, harus sapu calamine lotion,untuk kurangkan rasa gatal kat tempat chicken pox tu.

3.Jangan menumis dalam rumah.
Hakikatnya: yang ni aku tak faham apa tujuannya. Aku belasah je,masak rebus2 pun aku nk kena tumis juga, kalau tak memang tak lalu nak makan. Dah la chicken pox banyak dalam mulut. So far, tak nampak pulak aku kaitan menumis dengan chicken pox.

4. Jangan makan kicap, nanti parut hitam.
Hakikatnya: Aku memang bukan hantu kicap, so aku memang tak makan kicap. Tapi yang aku perasan, tempat chicken pox tu memang akan jadi hitam juga tak kira ko makan kicap ke tidak. So belasah jelah nak makan apa pun kan..hehe

Inilah kesimpulan yang aku dapat buat berdasarkan pengamatan tak bertauliah menjaga 2 orang anak dan diri sendiri yang kena chicken pox. Apa yang penting adalah mengawal suhu badan agar tak melebihi 38 degree. Makan ubat demam 4-5 jam sekali. Kalau suhu badan tinggi juga, teruslah ke hospital, sebab chicken pox ini pun boleh menyebabkan kematian. Bayi dan ibu hamil perlu dijauhkan dari orang yang kena chicken pox ini, sebab tinggi risikonya.

Apa2 pun, thank you Allah atas ujian ini. Masa minggu pertama kena chicken pox tu, nak nangis pun ada, tapi aku positif kan diri, ramai lagi yang dapat penyakit yang lagi teruk dari aku. Sekurang-kurangnya,aku masih mampu menjalankan aktiviti rutin walaupun terhad. Tak akan aku lupakan pengalaman 2 minggu yang indah ini, In Shaa Allah.

More oxygen, please!

For the whole week, I feel dizziness and lightheadedness that never happen before. After 3 days of uncomfortable feeling, I decided to seek for doctor advice. And as what I expect, it is low blood pressure (my family history is more to high blood pressure, that makes me wondering where this 'low' comes from,huhu).

So, after some reading, I realized that my heart and lung do not work hard enough to pump all the 'essential things' (blood, oxygen etc) needed for my brain, kidney and all to work as normal as it is. "Now you know brain why you feel dizzy all the time, because you don't get enough oxygen. Go and find them!" said me to my brain...hehe

Ok,ok let us ask this heart and lung to be more productive. It is to ensure I can focus on my work and my life. But how?

1. Eat salty food - checked, I will eat salty egg, salty fish and ikan pekasam in every meal.
2. Drink some caffeine - checked, I have a coffee in my pantry, I will make sure I finished it.
3. Exercise more - checked too, still looking for my skipping rope. Huhu or else I can do these exercises :

Walking: Beginners should start by walking 5 to 10 minutes at a time gradually increase up to at least 30 minutes per session.
Squats
Squats - Low BP exercise
Keep the feet shoulder-width apart and the back straight. Bend the knees and lower the rear as if sitting down in a chair, keeping the knees over the ankles. Tips: Practice squats with a chair to master this move. First, sit all the way down in the chair and stand up. Next, do not sit on the chair; barely touch the chair's seat before standing back up. Finally, graduate to doing squats without a chair.
Lunges
Lunges - Low BP exercise
Take a big step forward, keeping the spine straight. Bend the front knee to approximately 90 degrees. Keep weight on the back toes and drop the back knee toward the floor - but do not let it touch the floor.
Push-ups
Push-ups - Low BP exercise
Face down, place hands slightly wider than a shoulder-width apart. Place toes or knees on the floor, creating a smooth line with the body, from shoulders to knees or feet. Keeping rear-end muscles and abdominals engaged, lower and lift the body by bending and straightening the elbows, keeping the torso stable throughout the move.
Abdominal Crunches
Abdominal crunches - Low BP exercise
Begin by lying on your back with feet flat on the floor and palms supporting your head. Press your low back down. Contract abdominals and raise first your head (tucking your chin slightly), then your neck, shoulders, and upper back off the floor. Tips: Perform crunches with your feet off the floor and knees bent. This technique may help you avoid arching your back; it also engages your hip flexors.

Simplified pushups for beginners

Wall push-up
Wall push-up Low BP exercise
It dramatically reduces the pressure on the arms, upper back and abs. Stand closer to the wall, it is easier to perform, but remember; it's still important to be aware of the body alignment. As once gain strength and confidence, move the feet slightly further away from the walls to make the workout more challenging. Feel free to consider moving knee style push-ups once the initial strength has increased.
Knee push up
Knee push up - Low BP exercise
Reduce the lifting load by about 50% for the same exercise, but do it on the knees. Keeping a straight line from neck to torso is still important, so please pay attention to correct body alignment when performing a workout. Feel free to consider moving to actual push-ups once strength and confidence have increased.
These low blood pressure exercises can strengthen muscles and nerves, which in turn helps to prevent sudden blood pressure variations. However, be cautious when practicing to do not change positions suddenly does everything slowly.

Google Site = E-Learning

Alhamdulillah, emosi dah stabil..hehe

 Back to real life, I have created one google site as a medium for me to interact with my students. Conducting a big size of class is not an easy task, especially when you have something important to announce out of class hour. Spreading the message tru SMS or text is not efficient at all, as maybe half of the class would not get the info. Even there are is AUTH** (e-learning medium, provided for staff), I found that the tools is not friendly at all. Most of my students cannot get tru the tool, make me frustrated every time I leave any announcement. It is like, you talk, but no one notice what are you talking about...eh, tension lor!!

So what did I do to solve the problem? Here is the answer..

With this site, I can use a lot of interactive ways on educating my students. I am not focusing on lecture contents only, but I love to share some information related to our life. Most of the students are too young, and just get a ticket from their parents for freedom. Being a teenagers, they are still looking and searching for the right path to keep going. So, I have to keep reminding them on what they can do and don't.  

This site is just one week old. There is a lot of improvement can be done. Give a comment if you have any idea. Maybe you will ask, why not using blog? Both of the medium, blog and google site, can be used as an e-learning medium, but google site has provided template that suit to your need. Just choose and edit, as simple as that.

Entrepreneurship

These two words, entrepreneur and entrepreneurship are my best friends for this semester. Everyday I will try to think like an entrepreneur. And actually, I love to be an entrepreneur. I have got a plan to have my own business one day, InsyaAllah. Pastry and dessert for sure..hehehe..So the chances given hopefully will help me become a successful entrepreneur later.

 So, what did I do to act like a pro expert entrepreneur in front of my students? The word is READING!! Yeah, to enhance the knowledge, I read entrepreneur blogs, entrepreneur books, lectures online and videos on youtube.  The book that I love most is Nota Jutawan Nota Perniagaan by Irfan Khairi. This book is simple, full of illustrations, colourful and a lot of tips given for young entrepreneur.

The latest book I just bought yesterday was Toolkit Usahawan Junior by Khairul Afzan Aziz. I am not finish with this book yet but the contents are just awesome too.

I love giving inspiration, motivation and tips to my students. Encouraging them to build small business while pursuing their study is what I do now. I believe that not all of us were born to be an entrepreneur but if we give ourselves the opportunity, it is not impossible though, right?

So, say to yourself, I am entrepreneur to be, insyaAllah!!

Apa yang ada dengan angka 80??

Menurut seorang kiyai, sekali kita tinggalkan solat wajib, walaupun di qada selepas itu, Allah akan memasukkan kita ke dalam api neraka selama 80 tahun..huhu nak nangis bila dengar...

dan lagi, menurut kajian tak rasmi, 80% umat Islam di Malaysia tidak solat..20% yang solat itu pun, berapa % je yang betul2 kusyuk solat nya..huhuhu nak nangis sekali lagi..

Semoga Allah melindungi aku, keluarga, kawan2 dan negara dari azabnya...amin

Project Mega

Wah, lama sungguh tak bergebang di udara..hehe Banyak benda nak cerita tapi masa gabung dengan malas nak buat macam mana kan.

Rumah dah nak siap, macam2 nak buat. Plan asal nak beli je sofa baru, tapi bila pikir2 nak sambung belajar, kot rumah tu di sewakan, sayang je sofa baru ku itu. Sofa sedia ada ni masalahnya dah terkopek-kopek kulit dia, ingat nak tinggalkan je kat rumah sewa sekarang. Tapi, masa tengok cerita Staging Invasion, dia tukar cover sedia ada kepada yang baru, terus Allah bagi idea untuk aku membuat cover untuk sofa aku tu sekaligus dapat menjimatkan duit dari membeli sofa yang baru.

Google punya google, rupanya orang barat memang biasala tukar sarung sofa ni dan di panggil Slipcover. Memang diaorg jahit sendiri je, dan banyak juga la website yang ajar macam mana nak jahit slipcover sendiri.

Ni contohnya, cantikkan. Bole ke aku nak buat macam ni eh? Rasanya dalam rancangan yang aku tengok tu dia pakai jenis stretch and cover macam orang ni buat.

Eh, tak boleh upload video plak, lain kali la try upload.
Tapi harga dia, mahal le bagi aku. Boleh je nak pesan kat adik ipar yang duduk UK tu, tapi, baik aku try buat dulu. Mana tau jadi pulak, boleh save budget kan..hehe Harap2 menjadi la impian aku ni, jangan hangat2 tahi ayam sudah la ye makcik. Kalau menjadi, boleh upload kat sini kan. Kita tengok je la angan2 makcik sorang ni. Kerja rumah pun banyak terbengkalai, inikan pulak nak menjahit bagai..We wait and see ye..hehe

Iftar 8

Kalau bab berbuka puasa, memang susah nak jangka.
Kalau boleh, tak nak lah makanan tu dibuang kalau x abis, sayang kan..so, penyelesaianya, simpan dalam peti sejuk untuk di kitar semula pada waktu2 yang sesuai..haha ni time malas nak masak, sesuai sgt la kan..

Oleh kerana buka puasa semalam terlebih makanan dan dek kerana sayang nak buang, maka aku akan kitar semula kuih dan lauk semalam untuk berbuka hari ni. Antara menu yang ada, ikan pekasam, cendawan goreng tepung, kuih murtabak. Lagipun, berbuka sorang kan, apa la sgt....belajar frozen2 makanan ni aku belajar dari Kak LG (Lemongrass) dari Salam dua Benua. Tak caya baca entri ini. Best betul baca blog dia, dah jadi rutin pun ye baca blog kakak sorang ni. Setiap pagi mesti pergi singgah blog dia dulu. Seronok baca experience dia yang berkahwin dengan Mat Saleh OZ, dan bahagia dgn life dia.

Ok hari ni x sempat mengaji lagi. Harapnya lepas Isyak nanti, boleh la spend masa untuk menyambung usaha untuk khatam..hehe jauh lagi tapi usaha harus diteruskan..gambatekudasai!

Ramadhan 2011

Alhamdulillah, diberi kesempatan untuk berpuasa pada tahun ini...Dah masuk hari ke 7 pun, tapi baru juzuk 5...sempat ke x eh nak khatam..minggu depan mesti period..huhu iAllah, harus tingkatkan usaha, target puasa kali ni nak khatam, x kisahla smp hari ke 30 pun..caiyok!!

Tengok cerita Liga ilmu kat Astro Oasis, seronok isu yang dibincangkan.
Antara panel yg ada, Ustaz Hasyim, Prof Kamil dan Ustaz Akil Hay. Isu 'Jaga Tepi Kain Orang'. Kadang-kadang malas nak ambil tahu pasal orang lain, tapi lepas dengar Liga Ilmu, harusla kita ambil berat apa yang berlaku disekeliling kita. Tegur mana yang boleh. Berdakwah tak kira di mana, harus diteruskan, bak kata panel. Hai, semoga aku terus dalam lindungan hidayahMu Ya Allah..InsyaAllah akan cuba buat yang terbaik untuk diri, anak-anak, keluarga, pelajar-pelajar dan masyarakat setempat, InsyaAllah.

Kenapakah?

Ye, kenapa wujudnya blog ini?

Pertama, tujuan utama adalah untuk memperbaiki seni penulisan yang dah lama berkarat, pastinya.hehe

Kedua, aku rasa perlu ada pembaharuan dalam hidup, perlu ada matlamat, dan aku letakkan blog ini sebagai penanda aras matlamat aku, so aku boleh check balik apa yang aku rasa, apa yang aku alami. Esok lusa kalau nak baca balik, then I have this blog to turn into.

Ketiga, aku suka baca blog orang, they give inspired to me, then I believe that I can do the same too. Kot la ada yang terbaca blog ini. For sure I'm not expecting readers ya, but if there is any, you are most welcome dear!

For sure, blog ini hanya untuk suka-suki saja...coretan aku, yang pastinya umpama pelangi, macam-macam warna yang akan muncul, ikut kepada warna penulis waktu tu la...

Till then, daa..
